TROPIC OF CANCER MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL

The Tropic of Cancer Music & Arts Festival in Todos Santos is an annual celebration that attracts a vibrant mix of musicians, artists, and fans to this inspiring desert-meets-ocean town in Baja California Sur. This year’s festival, from January 15-19, 2025, showcases an eclectic lineup, including the Americana sound of The Cordovas, Santa Cecilia, Motherhips, Lamar Williams Jr the high-energy performances of Andy Frasco , and local Todos Santos band like Los Hijos del Trópico.

Venues like La Esquina Café, Oystera, and La Morena transform into intimate stages where the line between artist and audience blurs, creating a soulful and connected experience.

The event is more than just a festival; it’s a community-driven gathering with deep ties to the town’s creative energy. Founded by musician Joe Firstman and inspired by earlier music initiatives in Todos Santos, the festival includes several local spaces as its "stages," bringing a unique blend of music, art, and the Todos Santos spirit to life. Proceeds from the festival benefit local charities, strengthening its connection to the community. Tickets are limited and are non-refundable, but they’ll be honored if the event is rescheduled for any reason.
